WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

Items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
 Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new order.
